I am a professor of operations management in construction at Aalto University. I have developed the Location-Based Management System, which is in use worldwide. I have published a text book (Location-Based Management for construction) and over 30 academic publications, 2 patents and I have done over 15 years of software development and consulting related to location-based scheduling.

Schedule consulting is based on deep understanding of different scheduling methods and long practical experience of their use in projects. Schedule analysis in disputes is based on a thorough review of all relevant material and schedule analysis using a technique suitable to the issue (typically critical path method / LBMS in delay situations and Measured Mile in productivity situations). I can also participate in a trial or mediation as an expert witness.
